		<description>Niall, I couldn't agree more. Two people talking is a single communication path. Add just one more person, and you have three paths; the fourth person results in six. It continues to grow in a pattern called 'triangular numbers'—not quite exponential, but far more than addition.

As more of us start collaborating, things happen faster. Intentionally fostering and building trust greases the skids. Pretty soon, three of us are completing more than we though possible in the time it used to take two of us just to struggle through.
