I also think that the new buying environment places a premium on the salesperson that can step in pre-buying process and, in some cases, help drive strategy by bringing industry knowledge to the table. The salesperson must be much more closely aligned with marketing, driving awareness, and helping to set the stage for even being asked to bid. Again, great post.</description>
