		<description>Interesting points in that we have developed a couple of products thinking they were fantastic based on what we thought without ever consulting a customer and unsurprisingly they didn't sell at all. Talking to your customer is the number 1 prioriity now for business and luckily the tools exist online to do that easily.</description>
