Our extensive network covers a wide range of experienced and qualified Coaches and Mentors to work on 1-2-1 coaching assignments.
Our coaches have gone through rigorous coaching development programmes and are all qualified and members of recognised coaching and mentoring accredited bodies which include, European Mentoring Coaching Council, CIPD, and International Coaching Federation amongst many others.
Our processes are to select the right fit Coach and a chemistry session will be arranged to ensure that the participant is paired with the right Coach. Sessions will be scheduled between action learning, evaluation and reflection.
- Coaching is an accelerated tool (where it might take years to create focused change) to facilitate a specific outcome via traction activities.
- We identify the inputs, processes and outputs that lead to the mission-critical successful outcome.
- We clearly define the start and destination points in the journey and key tracking stages to measure capability impact identifying the key assumptions and critical success factors that support or put the process at risk.
