The Assertive No
A practical, bite-sized session to help you say no with confidence while protecting key relationships.
Many of us will have had work delegated to us at work, in a disrespectful fashion, it rarely feels motivating. So what is it that prevents us from assertively challenging this request?
What is our fear of saying "no"? In this session, we clarify the assertive stance, objective, logical, unemotional and compare it to our existing behaviours.
We define a preferred set of outcomes and behaviours and set a path towards this.
