Leadership & Management
We partnered with UAL to design and deliver a two‑year Inclusive Management in Action programme for managers and aspiring managers. Co‑created with the EDI and L&D teams, the programme helped leaders navigate new freedom of speech legislation while building practical, inclusive management skills.

Using real internal scenarios, managers developed the mindset, communication skills and tools to handle sensitive issues confidently and support a more coherent, diverse and inclusive culture.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
ESA: Presenting Complex Ideas with Confidence
BTB Training worked with the European Space Agency to co‑design a long‑running presentation skills programme for managers, project leaders and engineers.

Through small‑group workshops, real ESA scenarios and virtual simulations, participants learned to simplify technical content, engage diverse audiences and deliver confident presentations across hybrid and in‑person formats.

Targeting students within educational settings, our BREAK programme focuses on the prevention of county lines recruitment and child exploitation.
